The Process and how it works
This is the easy part.
-You have an idea that you want as a patch
-You create the art, and email us the file, size, and qty.
-We review it to make sure there are not any questionable issues.
-We send you a quote back.
-Once approved we will send you a invoice for payment, and production officially starts.
-Usually in 5-7 working days you will see a production sample. You review the production sample, and make any changes needed, or approve what you see.
-Roughly 2 weeks later, Ill send you shipment notification of your patches on their way to you.
WHAT DO WE DO?
WE DO ALL OF THE WORK FOR YOU. WE WILL TAKE YOUR ART AND FIGURE OUT THE BEST WAY TO MAKE YOUR DESIGN COME TO REALITY. WE ARE NOT THE MANUFACTURER OURSELVES. WE JUST FACILITATE THE WORK TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR YOU. THERE IS NO BACK AND FOURTH, JUST A COUPLE OF EMAILS AND WE ARE DONE.
WE SEND PAYPAL INVOICES FOR ALL ORDERS, SO YOU CAN FEEL PROTECTED IN YOUR PURCHASE. BUT WE DO REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL TO START THE PRODUCTION PROCESS.
The best thing to do is to have a PMS color book handy. Letting us know what colors you want is the best way for us to discuss with our manufacturer the best color choice for your design. Though your computer can produce millions of colors, and we strive to get each color as close as possible, there may be variances in the designs color vs. your thread color.
The price you receive is shipped to your door.
Each job is different. So based off of your art, qty, size and number of colors, we will insure to get you a quote as fast as possible.
We ask that all art be sent in a vector format for production.
If you need a design converted to vector, please inquire along with your quote.
All pricing includes any digitizing of your any, packaging if you elect and all shipping. There are no extra fees added on to your quote.
